Which agreement applies?
Each Red Eagle Tech product sold online has its own published agreement, written in plain English and accepted as part of buying that product. Work we deliver under a Statement of Work, and products without their own agreement, fall under our general terms and conditions. The table below is the definitive map.
| Agreement | What it governs | How it is accepted |
|---|---|---|
| CDR API terms of service | The Content Disarm and Reconstruction (CDR) API, including its account portal and documentation | Tick-box at account registration (or first use of the API) |
| Managed IT support - master services agreement | Our managed IT support packages (Core, Advanced, Complete and the VIP packages) | Tick-box at online checkout |
| General terms and conditions | Bespoke software, system integration, SEO and other services engaged under a Statement of Work, and SaaS products that do not have their own agreement | Signed Statement of Work, electronic acceptance, or use of the applicable service |
Where a product has its own agreement, that agreement governs it exclusively - the general terms and conditions do not apply to it.
