Every package includes unlimited remote helpdesk support, device monitoring, management and patching, CrowdStrike endpoint protection with 24/7 MDR, advanced email security and Microsoft 365 SaaS security. What's not included: your Microsoft 365 licences and other business software licences - those stay in your name and on your own bill.
Business packages require Microsoft 365 Business Premium, because we lean on its identity and Intune device-policy capabilities to secure you properly. Servers are supported but quoted separately - no two server estates are alike, so a flat per-user price would be dishonest. The comparison table above shows exactly which features come with each package.

An engineer contacts you within 1 business day of your purchase to schedule onboarding. You get a VAT invoice automatically, your subscription is monthly rolling (or annual if you took the 10% saving), and you can manage billing or cancel from your billing portal at any time. If you'd rather talk it through first, book a call - we're happy either way.
P1 is a priority-1 incident: your business is stopped or seriously degraded - think ransomware, email down for everyone, or a critical system offline. A response means a qualified engineer has picked up the incident and is actively working on it - not an automated acknowledgement email.
Core and VIP packages carry a 1-business-hour P1 response; Advanced and Complete carry 30 business minutes. "Business" time is measured against our helpdesk hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Lower-priority requests are triaged and handled in order - most day-to-day issues are resolved the same day.
Monitoring and managed detection & response run 24/7, every day of the year - CrowdStrike's Falcon Complete team watches, investigates and remediates endpoint threats around the clock, and our monitoring platform never sleeps either.
The helpdesk - real humans answering your requests - runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. We publish that split deliberately, because vague "24/7 support" claims usually blur it. Complete-package clients also get an out-of-hours emergency contact route for genuine crises.
Onboarding is free at every tier, and mostly hands-off for you. Buy online, and an engineer contacts you within 1 business day to book your welcome call. We then deploy the management and security agents, connect your Microsoft 365 tenant, and run our security baseline across your environment.
Core and VIP onboarding is fully remote and typically takes 2-3 business days. Complete typically takes 1-2 weeks and may include a site visit, because it's the package with on-premise kit - a network gateway and on-site backup. Most providers charge £1,500-£5,000 for onboarding; we charge nothing.
Business packages start at 3, 5 or 10 users because the tooling and onboarding investment only stacks up at that size - the published price is the honest price, not a teaser. If you're smaller than that, the VIP packages start from a single user.
25 users is the self-serve ceiling. Bigger team? Get in touch - the packages still work, we just scope the onboarding properly rather than squeezing a 60-seat rollout through an online checkout, and larger teams may qualify for better pricing.
Yes - as a quoted add-on rather than a per-user price. Server environments vary too much (age, workload, backup needs, on-premise vs cloud) for a flat price to be honest.
Tell us what you're running during onboarding, or ask before you buy, and we'll quote server monitoring, management and backup separately. Many of our clients use the onboarding conversation to plan a move off ageing servers entirely.
Email the helpdesk and we'll adjust your subscription the same day, with pro-rata billing - you never pay a full month for someone who joined on the 20th.
Seat changes go through the helpdesk rather than a self-serve portal so we can deploy or cleanly offboard the actual devices and accounts at the same time as the billing change - a seat count that doesn't match reality helps nobody.
Your service runs to the end of the billing period, then we offboard you properly - free of charge - and hand over all your documentation.
That means credentials, configurations and asset registers: your documentation is yours, not a hostage. There are no exit fees, no notice period beyond the current billing period, and no retention calls. Cancel any time from your billing portal.
If we're not right for you inside your first 90 days, leave with free offboarding and all your documentation - no forms, no hoops, no awkward conversation.
Monthly rolling already means you can leave any time; the 90-day promise codifies what that should mean in practice: a clean, professionally documented handover at no cost, even though we've carried the full onboarding investment. We'd rather earn your business every month than trap it.

Yes. NinjaOne and CrowdStrike both fully support macOS, so Macs get the same monitoring, patching, EDR and 24/7 MDR as Windows devices.
Mixed fleets are completely normal - most of our clients run a blend of Windows and macOS, and mobile devices are brought under management through Microsoft Intune as part of your Microsoft 365 setup.
We handle the switch-over as part of free onboarding: we request your documentation from the outgoing provider, deploy our tooling alongside theirs, and cut over with no gap in cover.
Check your notice period with your current provider first - many UK contracts run 12-month terms with 90-day notice windows. We can start onboarding before your old contract ends so the handover is seamless, and if the outgoing provider drags their feet on documentation, we've seen it all before.
