We're not a SaaS provider engineering lock-in. Once you've paid, the code is your asset to host where you like, modify freely, or take to another developer. We use a standard IP transfer clause in our contracts and we'll happily sign NDAs if your project requires them. Some agencies retain ownership and license the software back to you. We don't, and it's a question worth asking any prospective developer before you commit.
